Basenji Dog
The Basenji, a hunting dog, is widely known to be clever and endearing, confident, playful, energetic, and alert. These Congo Dog Breeds are suited for hot weather conditions. They are known as barkless dogs as they have unique vocal features which produce the yodel-like noise instead of the regular barking. Basenjis have a short-haired coat of brindle, tan, black and white shades. They need loads of walks, exercise, and playtime as they make very loving family companions. This athletic dog weighs about (20–24 )lb and stands (16–18 ) inches high with a lifespan of 14-16 years. Basenji are easy to groom and can get expensive.
